A note from the foster:‍ Xavier is a big love of a cat. He is shy and nervous at first, but when he warms up he is a cuddle bug. After being initially hesitant about being picked up, he now enjoys the closeness a little snuggle brings him to people. He is eager for attention and frequently rolls around on his back looking for belly rubs. However, you can't let his mellow demeanor fool you. He is an active toy player, eager to chase anything attached to a string.
