History: 🧡 From Texas to Midwest 🤠—- A group of deserving dogs was recently welcomed as part of our Texas Transport Program! A program launched to make an impactful difference for our partner shelters in Texas facing the overpopulation of animals with limited resources and low adoption rates. We are excited to help these southern gems find loving forever homes to call their own!
This adorable litter arrived to rescue with their mom, Astra (already adopted!) who is a 30-ish pound beagle mix with an amazing and social personality!
A Note from the Foster: Meet this sweet puppy who’s just beginning to discover how wonderful the world can be! A little shy at first, this gentle soul warms up quickly with kindness and patience. Once comfortable, they’re friendly, playful, and love a good romp with toys or puppy pals and humans alike. 🐾
This adorable pup is currently working on potty training and making great progress—still learning, but eager to please and soaking everything up like a sponge. With a calm, loving home and continued positive guidance, this puppy will blossom into a loyal, fun-loving companion.

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful!
