History: Our Out of the Cold Rescue Effort was a great success in welcoming over 180+ animals to rescue from rural areas in North Dakota before the cold set in. These animals are all so deserving and thankful to get a second chance in finding a forever home of their own!
A Note from the Foster: Tova is a young, vibrant pup with a bold spirit, soulful eyes, and an overflowing heart just waiting to bond with her forever family. She’s been thriving in her foster home for ~6 weeks, and while she’s deeply loved there, she’s more than ready to stop sharing the limelight with her foster sibling and find a place to truly call her own.
Tova enjoys being part of the action and likes having company nearby, whether that’s her humans or her canine pals! She’s confident and curious, happy to tag along, lounge nearby, or jump in when it’s time for fun. Her adventurous side really shines during playtime. Tova isn’t afraid of her 40lb pittie foster sister. She will willingly wrestle her or follow her out in the cold, snow filled back yard!
She currently lives with two dogs, one small and one large and two little kids. So, it’s safe to say she is used to a bit of chaos. 🙃 Tova is working on potty training and will do her business outside when put on a schedule. She has also been using a designated potty area while sleeping in her exercise pen at night.
Tova is already spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, so she’s fully ready to head home.
Puppies don’t stay small forever, and Tova has already changed so much while living in foster care. She deserves a family who will guide her, play with her, and grow alongside her.
If you’re looking for a fun-loving, adventurous puppy with soulful eyes and a confident spark, Tova may be your perfect match.
Adoption Fee: $760 + tax
Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
