History: We received a plea from a local animal control impound about Petey the cat looking for rescue! A wonderful foster home of ours picked him up and brought him home shortly after. He is a handsome hunky boy who is looking to find his forever home soon!

A note from the foster:‍ This big, handsome tabby is as friendly as they come. He loves being near people and will happily lean in for chin scratches, head rubs, and all the pets you’re willing to give. When he’s ready to upgrade to full-on snuggles, he’ll gently place his paw on your hand — his sweet way of saying, “Okay, now let’s cuddle.”  He loves laying on his humans and is the best warm, weighted blanket.

Petey gets along well with other cats and enjoys playing with them.  He would be happiest in a dog-free home, and would be fine being an only pet.
