History: 🧡 From Texas to Midwest 🤠—- A group of deserving dogs was recently welcomed as part of our Texas Transport Program! A program launched to make an impactful difference for our partner shelters in Texas facing the overpopulation of animals with limited resources and low adoption rates. We are excited to help these southern gems find loving forever homes to call their own!
A Note from the Foster: Kiki is a playful, spirited pup who brings laughter wherever she goes. With her goofy personality and love for fun, she’s always ready to wrestle, chase, and tumble around with her sisters or the resident dogs. Her silly antics and fearless attitude make her a joy to watch—and even more fun to be around.
Beyond her playful side, Kiki is a smart and capable little girl. She’s already doing a great job with using the potty pad, and will not interrupt anyone's sleep, simply stepping out to use it when needed, throughout the night, and then heading right back to her crate to settle back in for the night. She sleeps soundly and handles routine like a pro.
Kiki’s curiosity and confidence help her take on new experiences with ease. She’s a quick learner who’s eager to explore the world around her, making her a wonderful match for a home ready to continue guiding her as she grows. With Kiki, you’ll get endless entertainment, affection, and a brave little companion ready for any adventure.

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
