History: 🧡 From Texas to Midwest 🤠—- A group of deserving dogs was recently welcomed as part of our Texas Transport Program! A program launched to make an impactful difference for our partner shelters in Texas facing the overpopulation of animals with limited resources and low adoption rates. We are excited to help these southern gems find loving forever homes to call their own!
A Note from the Foster: Hi, my name is Bailey! If you are looking for a laid back and loving companion, look no further. I am just the best girl and am looking for my furever home. I love being with people and want to hang out with my people as much as I can. I’ve met a few other dogs and we get along well. My favorite time is when I go on walks. I love to sniff and explore the world. Quiet paths and trails are the best for me and I am still working on leash manners. And oh boy, if I see a critter I would sure like to chase it! I love snacks and am very willing to learn new tricks. I am a very good girl riding in the car. I’m very quiet and love to take naps. I am fully potty trained and do well in my crate. You can tell how happy I am by how fast my tall wags! I haven’t met any kiddos yet, but so far I think I would love them. With lots of love to share, Bailey.
Adoption Fee: $510 + tax
Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
