History: Toodles is a super sweet young doodle who needed a second chance at a good life. He was a bit shy and timid at first and working on his trust and confidence. He would make a great addition to a lucky home of his very own soon!
A Note from the Foster: Meet Toodles!
Toodles is a sweetheart! He came to us very scared and spent most the time in his crate but now after just a few days, follows me around the house and cuddles on the couch with our bulldog. Our resident dog and Toodles get along great and I think Toodles would benefit from an older dog to show him the ropes but it’s not a necessity.
Toodles likes kids and even tolerates my 3 year olds endless hugs!
Toodles is house trained and loves being outside. It is so fun to watch him run around- it’s almost like prancing! I think a leash is new to Toodles but he doesn’t mind it. In no time he will be a great walking partner.
Toodles is very quiet, he has not made a peep since arriving a week ago!
I am unsure how he would be around cats but with his sweet personality I don’t think there would be a problem.
Toodles is skittish when hearing loud noises and may nervously prance around the house before calming down for a cuddle on the couch.
Toodles is a great dog and would make a wonderful new addition to your family!

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful!
