History: Spaghetti is a super beautiful girl who was recently welcomed to rescue and will warm your heart with how sweet she is. She is working on her trust and confident and would love to find her forever home soon!

A Note from the Foster: Spaghetti (we call her Frenchie) is a very sweet, shy girl who is learning a whole new life! After 8 years as a breeding mama she is experiencing life in a family home for the first time. She has really come out of her shell! She loves foster mom and follows her around everywhere! She is starting to love on foster dad, and the kids (9, 6 & 3). The 3 year old can kinda be intimidating with her quick, unexpected movements and she is very loud! Spaghetti loves getting pets by the kids as long as they approach her from the front, slowly, calmly and quietly. Otherwise she gets overwhelmed and goes in her crate. She LOVES other dogs and would do best with another pet. She also LOVES our 2 kittens! They play so silly together and they give Spaghetti the zoomies!! She also likes to eat their food! She is working on potty training and having progress. I suspect as a mama of lots of babies she has a bladder issue because she pees little amounts very often. Nothing to worry about, just needs to go outside a little more often-like a puppy. She is the best snuggler! Whether with foster mom or foster brother kitties she lives for couch snuggles and kisses!

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful!
