Keller

Adoption Status: Accepting Adoption Interest

Gender: Male
Breed: Pitbull Terrier Mix
Age: Est DOB: 05/20/2025
Weight: 8.2 lbs as of 6 weeks old
Dog Friendly: Yes
Cat Friendly: Likely due to young age
Kid Friendly: Likely due to young age
House Trained: Too Young!

History: I am Miss Cinnamon’s puppy and was born in rescue!

Miss Cinnamon is a beautiful pittie girl who needed help from an overcrowded rural shelter in Texas. She was a favorite right from the get-go when meeting her as she would melt into your lap and her eyes are so soulful.

She arrived to rescue and surprise! She was expecting a litter of puppies and needed an emergency c-section. With the help of our wonderful veterinarian and vet techs along with foster mom’s help, puppies did good and momma too!

This adorable land seal family is officially ready to each start their journey in finding forever homes of their very own soon.

A Note from the Foster: Hi I'm Keller! I am the SHY one! I like to sit back and watch my sisters explore and play before I decide to join in. I'm a bit shy and reserved, but I'm also a big lover boy. I can cuddle like the best of 'em! I don't beg for attention from my foster mom, I just quietly move closer to her until I'm in the perfect snuggle position. I can't wait to snuggle with a family of my own someday soon!

Adoption Fee: $750 + tax

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
