History: I am Luna’s puppy and was born in rescue!

Momma Luna is a beautiful scruffy gal who arrived to rescue from the streets of Mexico and was expecting a litter of puppies. Luna has been a wonderful momma and her puppies are officially ready to start accepting adoption interest!

A Note from the Foster: Jamie is the sweetest, spunky little guy. He loves to play with toys, take snuggly naps, and wrestle with our resident dog. His sweet puppy kisses and exuberance for life makes us laugh daily.

He plays very well with our 65 lb resident dog and happily plays tug, shares chew toys, and LOVES to wrestle. While curious about our cat, he keeps his excitement at a respectful distance. 

He’s doing very well with potty training and quickly learned to go pee when we tell him to go potty, and poop when we tell him to go poop. And then happy runs over for his treat! He has not once made a mess in his kennel. Our resident dog is bell trained and he’s picked up the queues from her and has started ringing the bells when he wants to go outside. 

He cries a bit when put in his kennel during the day (he prefers napping snuggled up on the couch) but quiets down within a few minutes and falls asleep. He falls asleep in his kennel quickly at night and sleeps a solid 6-7 hours without making a peep. 

He would do so well in a home with other fur siblings, and while he hasn’t had experience with kids, I’m sure he would be incredible and would love to play and give kisses. 

Jamie is such a happy, fun puppy, and would be such an anmazing addition to any family! 

Adoption Fee: $750 + tax

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful!
