History: Gill is a super sweet boy who arrived to rescue in desperate need of a second chance. He is such a handsome and striking boy who is ready to meet his forever home soon!
A Note from the Foster: Hi there! 🐾 I’m Gill, and yes—before you ask—I am this adorable all the time. I’m just a mini poodle puppy, looking for a family of my own to give me love and teach me new tricks.
I love treats, and my foster mom says I am so smart! I know sit, my name, how to walk on a leash, and am working on shake and lay down. I’m told I am doing great with potty training on a schedule…whatever that means. What I do know is that I LOVE getting those tasty treats for doing something good. Did you know I can climb up and down stairs all by myself, and I love to chase my ball - I’ll even bring it back! I sleep like a champ in my crate all night, and I even take bonus naps in there sometimes—being a puppy is exhausting work.
My foster mom calls me a social guy - I enjoy playing with the other puppy in my foster home and am respectful to the older, less playful resident dogs. I also enjoy meeting people and getting belly rubs and pets. I absolutely love playtime and cuddles.
I’m playful, curious, and always ready for my next adventure. My foster home is great, but I’m ready to share all my love with people of my own—as long as they promise plenty of playtime and snuggles. I’m a happy, social little pup who loves to see what’s going on, and I can’t wait for a family who’s excited to show me the world.

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful!
