A Note from the Foster: Hi! I am Frenchie and I am a BIG lover! In fact, I do everything big for such a little guy. I have a lot of energy and can change my mind or focus faster than a blink. I can run super-fast, especially when I see you have something that looks like it should be mine-like that toy I just dropped a minute ago or your toes or fingers. I am working really hard not to use my mouth when I play or when I am so full of love, I just can't control myself! My foster mom knows that a little break or snuggling and rocking me really calms me down. I am so little, and I know that my family is trying to help me learn, even when they are trying not to laugh at my mistakes-I am just too cute! I go right into my crate when it is bedtime or when my foster mom goes to work but then I remember that I didn't tell you all the stories about my day and I try to share them really loudly for a little bit. No one listens though so I calm down and snuggle in. I can make it halfway through the night before I wake up and try to share my dreams with everyone but after a quick potty break outside, I settle back in for the rest of the night. I know I will be big enough to sleep all night soon. I REALLY love food, so my foster mom is impressed with how motivated I am to learn to go potty outside or come to her when she calls me. I don't know my name, but I know her "I have a treat for you" voice. Running is my favorite, so I run right up to her to get my yummy treat or some cuddles. I love cuddles and I have discovered how warm a neck is. I will snuggle right into my foster mom's neck and let her rock me for a little nap. I live with a big dog who is ok with my relentless attempts to ride on her back. I don't live with little kids, but I LOVED meeting my neighbors! I am a very happy and young puppy with a lot of energy and love to give. I hope you are the family that I can give it to!
PS-As a bonus, I will fiercely protect those I love from this vile thing my foster mom calls a vacuum. I have your back because I am not even a little bit afraid of that thing! Kind of.

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
