History: We received a plea to help a litter of pomskys who are reported to be 75% husky and 25% Pomeranian. They are friendly, active, and excited kiddos who are each hoping to find their forever homes soon!

A Note from the Foster: He is a sweet, super smart full of energy pomsky who loves to cuddle like a baby! He will cuddle when you hold him but when he is on the ground he loves to run and play!  He loves sticks and toys, he  will pull around anything that looks like a stick even ones bigger than him. He walks great on a leash and loves walks and exploring.  He will come to you but he really likes playing hard to get and it quickly turns into a game! 

He is crate training pretty well, he is a talker but will quiet nicely when you say no. He is working really hard on keeping his kennel clean but we think his bladder needs to get a little big bigger.  He is so smart though and learns very quickly.  He is looking for his forever home to live him! We think he will be an amazing dog! 

We have 3 kids and he is great with the kids, he has met other dogs and lives with a big dog.  He is great with all of them.

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful!
