Cora Jean

Adoption Status: Pending

Gender: Female
Breed: Toy Poodle
Age: Est DOB: 07/2022
Weight: TBA
Dog Friendly: Yes
Cat Friendly: Yes
Kid Friendly: Unknown
House Trained: Doing great!

History: Cora Jean is a beautiful girl who needed a second chance at a good life. She quickly wriggled her way into our hearts with how sweet and loving she is and she would make a great addition to a lucky home of her own soon!

A Note from the Foster: Meet Cora Jean — but my friends just call me Cora!

I’m a 3-year-old Toy Poodle with a big heart and tiny paws! At first, I might be a little shy (hey, new people can be a lot!), but once I know you’re safe, I turn into the ultimate cuddle bug. My favorite place? Right next to you — bonus points if there’s a cozy blanket involved. 🥰

I’m still working on my potty training (practice makes perfect, right?), but I sleep like a champ in my crate overnight.

I love other dogs and really want a playful buddy to romp around with. Cats? No problem — I’m polite and happy to share the couch!

I’m looking for a forever home that’s patient, loving, and ready for snuggles on demand. Once I warm up, I’ll be your loyal little shadow with the sweetest wiggle and biggest heart. 💕

If you think we’d be the pawfect match, send in your application today — I can’t wait to meet my forever family! 🐾

Adoption Fee: $560 + tax

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
