History: Branch is a super handsome boy who was recently welcomed to rescue and will warm your heart with his smile and happy personality. He has his paws crossed to find his forever home soon!
A Note from the Foster: Meet Branch, he arrived at rescue recently. He is doing great and has learned so much in the short time he has been in foster care.
He is crate trained at night and will now take his toys in there during the day when he’s chilling.
He does like to make a bed out of a towel we’ve put on the floor for him right next to the couch, it’s pretty cute process.
He has learned to go up and 3-4 down stairs, not tried a full flight yet.
He’s doing great with potty training going outside in a fenced in yard.
He comes when called outside and given lots of praise. He likes to stay close by you outside.
He is getting playful and does zoomies around the garden beds.
He responds well to being corrected using no.
He has a favorite toy he plays with and will put them all in his crate including any shoe that is left unattended.
He’s learning to walk on a leash what still skiddish around anything different.
He is eating really well now.
He has not been around children or any other cats here yet.
He is a sweet boy and is looking forward to finding his forever home.

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
